Little one...

I met up with a beautiful family on Saturday morning to photograph their new little daughter, Abby. Typically newborns are best photographed within the first 10 days of life (they are much more sleepier and can be posed easier) but Abby had a brief stay in light therapy for jaundice, so we got a bit of a late start in scheduling their session. All but 16 days old, I prepped and packed up all of my gear, and headed south to Duvall Saturday morn, hoping and praying for a SLEEPING baby!

And, that is what I got! As soon as I walked in, Abby was ready to go! FAST asleep! I got right to work and she slept the whole time!!! I am happy with the results!

I am finding I am loving photographing newborns! What a beautiful time to document. They grow so fast and capturing all of that newness is such a reward for me!

Congratulations Walker family! Enjoy your sneak peek...
