Thanksgiving...

We spent the past few days with Jeff's family for Thanksgiving. We got to relax up a lot. Ben's nana got out a lot of Jeff's old toys from when he was a little boy. Trucks, cars, and an old fisher price circa 1975 choo choo train. Ben had SO much fun playing around with all of Daddy's old items.

Ben all snuggled up with his Pawpaw, doing one of Ben's FAVORITE things... reading books.

Poor Chase. He usually has to stay outside during our visits with Nana and Pawpaw. He was a pitiful sight looking in at all of us.

Jeff originates from Arkansas, so needless to say, there is LOTS of good southern "soul food" grubbin! Many oh many tubs of butter is used in the making of thanksgiving dinner. Ben, like the rest of us, was in hog heaven! Here he is, after the meal, enjoying his first piece of pumpkin pie!
